This privacy policy explains how we handle your data when you sign up via rafel.amsterdam to be kept informed about the opening of RAFEL.

When you sign up through the form on this website, we collect:

• your email address;
• your language preference (NL or EN);
• the date and time of your sign-up and consent.

We do not ask for your name or any other details. Our web server also keeps standard technical logs (such as your IP address) for the security and proper functioning of the site.

3. How we use your data

We use your email address solely to inform you about the opening of RAFEL and directly related news. We do not use your data for any other purpose.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time.

5. Sharing with third parties

We never sell your data. We only share your email address with service providers who help us deliver this service:

• our hosting provider, where the data is stored securely within the EU;
