Objective
As a Dishwasher at Rafel, you will work in a unique waterfront location on Amsterdam’s IJ, where street art, accessible food, music, and hospitality come together. Behind the scenes, you play an important role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly. Thanks to your efforts, both the kitchen and front-of-house team always have clean dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen equipment available.
You keep the dishwashing area clean and organised, assist with basic supporting tasks when needed, and contribute to a safe, tidy, and efficient working environment.
Daily tasks
You make sure all dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen equipment are cleaned quickly and thoroughly and returned to the right place. You also keep the dishwashing area clean and organised, help with light cleaning duties, and support the kitchen where needed.
During busy shifts, you continue to work in a structured way and ensure that the kitchen and front-of-house team always have enough clean items available.
